Terms Of Service
BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY WAY OR FORM YOU AGREE TO MY TOS
➤By commissioning ADULT artwork from me you are agreeing and verifying that you are of legal age to view and purchase adult content.
➤I watermark my art and adoptables. You are not allowed remove or edit it
➤You are not allowed to edit, crop, or change the art/adoptables for any reason(examples: removing backgrounds, drawing over or cropping out my watermark)
➤You are not allowed to have other artist edit my work. Especially without my permission.

Payment:
I only accept Paypal.
Payments will be by invoice sent by me.
I take payments up front.
There will be NO refunds after payment is accepted.
The ONLY exception is that I am unable to finish it within time given.

This is how I price my commissions
YCH Commissions:
I mostly do ychs on premade bases.
Prices depend on how much of the character is shown and the time it will take to complete.
Double characters is double price and time spent.
Adoptables:
Priced based on time spent.

Commissions:
♦ You have 48 hours to pay.
-If unable to pay within that time let me know beforehand.
♦ You must pay before I start working on it.
♦You must give me details and references before invoice.
♦ If you want the commission private it will be additional 50% of the original commission price.
♦ All of this must be conversed when the commission is first accepted. NOT after payment has been sent.
YCH Commissions
♦ I use mostly premade bases
♦Most of these I am unable to make edits and can only use what is included.
♦ Complexity fees may be added if the character has excessive markings.
-Meaning more than 60% of the body is covered.
♦ Keep in mind that I am allowed to refuse or cancel a commission. If cancelled you will be refunded.
Type 'I agree to t.o.s.' in the commission conversation.
Ignoring any of this will get you blocked and banned from my content
Adoptable:
♦ You have 48 hours to pay.
-If unable to pay within that time let me know beforehand.
♦ You CAN edit, name, etc. Its yours. (Only Minor edits to the designs are allowed).
-You can only edit the design in 'new art'. Do NOT edit the original art in any way.
♦ You CAN resell the adoptable
-Must be same price as bought for unless you have additional -commissioned- art
--(note me with new owner please)
♦ I do not allow commercial use, nor does the creators of the bases I use.
--You can ask about future commercial artwork. We can discuss a one time fee for the rights to sell.
♦ Absolutely NO refunds after the adoptable files have been sent.
♦ If charge back is initiated. I will take the character back and put it up for resale. You will be blocked/banned from my content.

♦ You CAN NOT sell freebies, gifts, raffle prizes from me. Only give away or trade.
-This includes adding a price to the free piece when selling a character.
--Make sure I am credited!!!
If this T.O.S. is broken in any form I have the right to take back the character and resale it.
